Connemara Condo

The Connemara at Singer Island is a luxury condominium community that is ideally located at the northern end of Singler Island, close to MacArthur State Park and North Palm Beach. The 24-story high-rise building, which was built in 1976, contains 130 total condo units. Each floor of the condo complex houses two, spacious condos. These condos range in size from 1,400 to 1,700 square feet with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an expansive balcony that overlooks the turquoise ocean. Amenities at Connemara Condos include a heated swimming pool, sauna, two tennis courts, fitness center, picnic area, billiard room, manicured lawn, garage parking, and direct access to the white sand beach.
